After a certain time you realise you are surrounded by idiots.
They have no idea what they are doing.
They basically feels this is their govt job.
Once they literally asked me to put a hyperlink in an printed brochure. I mean what the..?
They will make you feel like you don't nothing.
All of your knowledge is so small in comparison to their vast meaningless knowledge of product development. That's why they are stuck for more then 4 years, which can be done within a year with proper management.
The irony is that they are so bad with management thay they are literally making a management software. And their compitition is with jira. I mean how can someone is, sorry group of people, be so unaware what they are upto.
They change the requirements overnight without telling the team. And when you show your completed works, they will scold you for not knowing the requirements.
