Pros

Very well run program supported by an executive team that are licensed therapists as well. The company was very supportive when help was needed to navigate the school personnel and administrative staff.

Cons

Had to work within the confines of a school and its administrative politics. The amount of time and energy needed for paperwork compliance was exhausting.

Pros

School hours is the nicest perk; you can work two jobs to cover up the lost income from working here.

Cons

This company keeps adding on more and more responsibilities to the individual clinicians and coordinators but doesn’t adjust salaries to reflect that. They claim you work school hours/schedule but you have to work in the summer doing made up busy work that the regionals should be doing. The documentation is out of control; it honestly takes hours to do and it must be done weekly but there is no time during the week to get it done. There is a surprised monthly audit where they just look for things to flag you on (and within your district you could use the same wording as someone else in your note. For you it’s an issue and for that other person it’s an excellent note. It’s the same auditor). The regionals run around like a chicken without a head and complain they are so busy but they sure aren’t doing the basic parts of their jobs: weekly in person supervisor with their clinicians, monthly principal meetings and meeting with admin; what are they doing day to day? They also claim they have the same pto as us (7 days including your sick time fyi) but some how my regional was always taking weeks off for a vacation. They allow the schools to add on more and more because they are afraid to lose the contract but again do nothing to support the people who are actually carrying these contracts on your back. They also plant fake positive reviews; it’s know in the company that your regional may ask you to go give some positive reviews to keep their rating to a certain point and drown out the true reviews.

Pros

Paid time off in the summer and receiving health benefits

Cons

This company pretends to care about the employees and the children in the schools but it's all a front. This company only cares about the money they receive from the schools and they will say and do ANYTHING to make sure they keep their contracts with the school district, even if it's at the expense of their employees. You think you'll be providing therapy and helping kids who are struggling in school but all this company cares about is providing "numbers" to the school districts which isn't even an accurate depiction of the success of the kids' mental health. Supervisors literally tell you to bribe the students with food so that they will get good grades. I would never recommend anyone to work here
