Pros
Great technology, incredible amount of things to learn via on-the job training. Very good benefits. Supremely talented and smart (and yet down to earth) people to work with. This is for sure a top rated work environment and management.
Cons
Like any other start-up, there are sometimes too many projects to handle. It could be a bit more organized.
