I hope this review really helps potential candidates in Singapore since I’ve not seen anyone here write a review about the work environment here. If you’re looking to be constantly criticised, overworked and meet unrealistic deadlines/demands, this is the best place to work at.
Cons
If only Glassdoor allowed negative rating. High turnover rate, horrible management, top-down, resistant to changes, ANCIENT systems and 0 respect for your time & effort. Just think of everything a toxic workplace should have/be, it’s all available here, plenty to go around. If you’re considering to join the company/team, please check with your peers in the industry. No amount of money is worth the treatment you’ll get from the management team. Make sure to save some of your salary for therapy too, you’ll really need it. People in the industry will talk, I can’t urge potential candidates enough to do your due research before you accept anything from this place and team. All the best.
