Plenty of work. Knowledgeable and great people to work with in the field of engineering. Revit and cadd projects. Some variety of projects.

Cons

It’s a young growing company with a need for development of processes, standards, and practices, not unlike most of the companies. A higher turnover of people leaving the electrical department.
