Building a supportive environment with great people is something we care deeply about. We post the compensation ranges for candidates applying for all open positions. We are are committed to being competitive, fair, and transparent in how we reward our employees and view compensation holistically vs just on base pay. Our total rewards package includes cash compensation, equity, healthcare and core benefits, along with the broader experience of working on a meaningful mission with a strong team and culture. That said, base compensation is a core part of any role and we work hard to review where we fall in market regularly, and appreciate this feedback as it helps us evaluate both workload and rewards to ensure we’re supporting our people in a sustainable way.
