      - Lots to Learn - Freedom and Autonomy - Amazing people, amazing leadership, core team is very strong - You get a sense of family - You feel responsible - Work life balance exists if you are delivering results

      - Highly unstructured environment (as you can expect with a startup) - Founders need to be a little strict (they are very freindly)
