      Pros

      Offers a multicultural work environment influenced by different cultures (TR guys work like a machine) The company used to have highly driven and successful managers, Particularly in process and operational areas in TR and IT. This shows the strong foundation the company could build upon with the right leadership.

      Cons

      The concept of "private life" is almost non-existent. The work culture demands constant availability and endless hours, quickly leading to burnout. Senior management shows a ruthless performance expectation. A culture of constant pressure and target-driven mobbing prevails over healthy competition. HR is ineffective in addressing these issues. Critical Issues in the Quality Department. The quality team is structurally very weak. They hire individuals without sufficient automotive experience, and these employees often leave within a short period. This high turnover makes continuity and knowledge retention impossible, causing the department to be ineffective ("unable to hold a stitch") and leading to dysfunctional quality systems. This failure puts additional stress and workload on all other departments.
