Fun company with activities. Events and trade shows. Surfing at lunch or mountain bike trails around the office. A very outdoorsy environment and casual workplace.
Cons
Horribly low pay with not much opportunity to move up within the company. If you're comfortable with. 3% raise each year and no commission or bonuses then this is great.
