good daily levels of autonomy.

Cons

- very poor salary. - promotions are arent reflected in salaries - can be very disorganized where youre waiting weeks or months between projects doing absolutely nothing. - most projects have an NDA attached even post launch you cant discuss your contribution. - generally felt like a second class citizen on external projects, waiting for emails from clients that are never returned. - completely remote during my time there. the teams didnt feel social at all.

Good work life balance, they don't support OT, and leads will check in with you often. Colleagues of different time zone are also considerate of the timezone differences.

Cons

Not much, maybe just that the pay is slightly lower than others in the same industry?

Good Benefits. Good compensation. 100% Working from home available. Employee Well being is a real thing at many levels. Interesting and different projects. No overtime. No crush.

Cons

Sometimes project can be less interesting ( mobile ). You don't work on owned IPs. Rarely work on a game from A to Z.
