      Pros

      Passionate and skilled people who care about the mission of decarbonising the world. There are also lots of very interesting problems related to building the most comprehensive electricity dataset that provides users with insights and actionability.

      Cons

      The canteen and office space could be nicer, but I've also seen a lot worse.
