      Company believes in its people and creates attainable careers pathways. Company very diverse in its workforce and culture Musicianship the best in NYC, if not the world. Fast pace and diverse opportunities

      Like any company, it comes with its challenges - especially the unending shifting that comes with high end clients.

      Pros

      I am compensated well for my weekday work. We work with really talented musicians. The office is pretty.

      Cons

      The company does not place much value in those who are onsite at events and working 10+ hour days. The company acts very exclusively and lower employees are left in the dark on many items. There is no HR support and there are many HR issues that have been brushed under the rug.

      Pros

      Top talent in NYC - if not the US. Very collaborative and communicative team. Makes zero room for toxicity or pettiness, which is unique. Working with smart and talented people was the draw, and that's what I got. Would come back in a flash.

      Cons

      None to speak of - all companies have their moments.
