No honest reviews, no raises, you feel undervalued as employee. Lack of solid foundation of values, the quality of culture is absent. Very top heavy , disregarding the yearly raises for regular workers and their advancement. Workload is not consistent, no room for growth (though you are told at the interview otherwise), lots of pencil and paper pushing, poor decision making of the management, a lot of under communication and manipulation. CEO who cares less, stingy, hard to communicate to, as he does not care if you leave or not, you are just a number to fulfill his goal and ambition. Lower level positions work harder than slacking off leadership, leadership team is just a proprietary title of lacking integrity.
