Good environment. Architects and Engineers seem to work really well together (seamless). No parking fuss but close to downtown (why do you need to leave with a fully stocked rooftop bar??). Not overly structured and prescriptive like some of the firms in town. Not upper management heavy. Freedom to craft your own career trajectory. Unique building. Just a very different kind of firm. Great firm events! Design is getting much better.
