Pros

Free Shirt, and a bump cap. Lost 20-pounds from my daily 8-10 miles walking. Free coffee. Insurance is cheap, but not good.

Cons

100+ work weeks. Abusive management. Unrealistic expectations. MASSIVE turnover (80%). I have not slept 8-hours continuously in months. Support resources are more burden that help.

Pros

Nights/Grave is very laid back, with little to no managers on shift during those times.

Cons

No real leadership. Managers care too much for their bonuses and not enough about their employees. Most people will rat you out for things you're told to do. High turnover rate. Managers will call you over every 10 minutes to give you a task that they can easily do if they just simply move.
