      Flexibility in how to go about the job, and my schedule? That's about it...

      We haven't had raises in years. And our pay isn't competitive in industry or geographic area. People keep leaving, which is funny because leadership has said "everyone can be replaced", and we keep making new hires for high ranking roles, so we all know they are paying $$$ to those people while the rest are getting sitting here without even a cost off living raise since before COVID....

      All of the cons. The whole company is all about status and looking like they are a big deal with their "Global VP" titles, but its a company of like 300 people... calm down. No one in this company is a big deal. But they keep making big hires which screws over people you have been with the company a long time, and also looks like they are trying to position for a big sell off.
