Great exposure to validation and pharmaceutical industry environments. Supportive colleagues and strong learning opportunities for those starting their careers in compliance and validation.

Cons

Workload and communication could sometimes be challenging during busy periods. Greater structure around progression and long-term development would improve the overall employee experience.

Pro if you heed this review and all other honest non AI reviews. The entire group ostracized me from projects until they fired me for not bringing value, again, I was never sent critical stakeholder emails on projects and never given locations or times of meetings.

Cons

Racist. It was cheaper to fire me than treat me with common decency and respect

Pros

Excellent benefits - time off, full health insurance coverage, flexible hybrid work in many positions. Wonderful coworkers.

Cons

Company got too big, too quickly. Newest owners in Denmark are purely numbers-driven and the human element has fallen by the wayside. Leadership is delegatory instead of team-driven. Company culture has taken a heavy hit.
