Generally low workload, good working environment when the owner leaves you alone to do your job.

Cons

Owner (VP) is a micromanager, and proud of it. He wants everything done per his standards, but no written standard exists. Policies and procedures are determined by whatever is in his head at any given moment. Also--be careful with the VP--he will take advantage of employees, subcontractors or clients wherever possible.
