Pros

In my six months with Emapta, I've had a very positive experience. One thing I truly appreciate is the excellent support provided by the HR, Payroll, and IT teams—they're responsive, helpful, and make work-related concerns easy to resolve. The SM Clark Hub 7 office also stands out. The workspace is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment to work in. I'd also like to give a special shout-out to our Customer Experience Manager, Argie Luat. She consistently goes above and beyond to make things easier for us, especially when it comes to attendance-related concerns. She's approachable, understanding, reliable, and highly efficient. Her willingness to help and her professionalism make a real difference in the overall employee experience. Overall, my experience with Emapta has been positive, and I appreciate the support and work environment the company provides.

Cons

No company is perfect, and I believe every organization has opportunities to improve. That said, I haven't experienced any major issues so far. After 12 years in the industry, I can confidently say that Emapta has been the best company I've worked for to date.

Excellent employee support – My Customer Enablement Manager was exceptionally responsive and made an effort to visit our office at St. Francis Square regularly to check on the team's well-being and ensure we had the support we needed. He was one of the best managers I've worked with, although I've heard he has since left the company. Strong learning and development programs – Employees have access to the EMAPTA Academy and a variety of training and upskilling opportunities, making it a great environment for continuous learning and career growth. Modern and well-maintained office – The office provides a clean, professional, and comfortable work environment with facilities that contribute to a positive employee experience.

Cons

- High-performing employees are often entrusted with additional responsibilities, creating strong opportunities for career growth and increased exposure. However, this can also result in heavier workloads. For example, I personally found it challenging to connect with my Customer Enablement Manager because he was managing numerous enterprise clients simultaneously. There were also times when I noticed him working extended hours in the office to keep up with his responsibilities, which reflected the demanding nature of the role. - Career growth often depends more on client opportunities than structured internal promotion paths. - Some applicants report long waits, delayed updates, or being ghosted during the hiring process.

The facilities are top tier.

Cons

The laptops were not provided before the NHO so we can't access and try the tools (my emapta) right away. We're taking notes with our mobile phones which is very hard to do. But it's no big deal.
