- Super friendly and helpful coworkers - Everyone will help you out if you have issues or a problem - Good pay - Private health insurance - The people that work here are the best of the best in their profession and that is very noticable in their products - Great mix of people

Cons

- Toxic leadership - No structure - Silent blaming culture - Rapid changes that can be very stressful - High employee turnover - The high paycheck can sometimes feel like an excuse to have people crunch - Non existent bonus system and vague information about it

- Silent blame culture - Lack of vision / no communication from the top leadership - Very hard to progress your career / no learning stipend - Communication problems even between teams - Lack of onboarding process - No clear expectations from direct management - Toxic culture (working late & weekends, getting calls from top leadership on random weekends because "x" broke or whatnot, some people are overly aggressive, etc) - Not remote friendly
