      Great benefits like 401k 6% match, Medical insurance plans, Profit sharing bonus ,Discounts and opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Takes time to get hired on as direct if contractor can take has long as a year or 1.5 years. Mostly depends on how many slots they have available for contractor to direct hire available.

      Pros

      - Environment and atmosphere are great. The Embraer, with its brazilian DNA, sets the bar when it comes to team work and fellowship (at least in the teams I've worked with) - The amount and depth of things you can learn in practice is tremendous, making experienced Embraer engineers actually world-class. - The products are excellent, which contribute to the aknowledgement of Embraer engineers across the aviation industry -

      Cons

      - Salaries are not competitive if the aeronautical industry is considered (BRL is too weak compared to USD and EUR) - The few benefits we have (like meal allowance and hybrid model) are about to be extinguished - Health insurance should be better

      Pros

      The company culture is very robust. The company shows appreciation for employees quite often and you get a sense of community working here. The people working here genuinely care about each other.

      Cons

      The pay is low compared to similar jobs in the field. If you intend to grow within the company you will find that there are a lot of barriers including nepotism, limited mentoring/training opportunities, and getting into favor with current management is a MUST.
