      ENBD has a great environment and my manager was very helpful to help us learn new things and improve our knowledge in banking.

      Cons

      There were a few administrative issues when I first came to the bank, but it was solved rather fast.

      - Favouritism for certain department (regulatory related) - Not competitive renumeration package (for non favoured staffs), - Toxic environment with is legitimised, endorsed & encouraged by management
