Pros

Empat is a company where it's comfortable both to work and to grow. What I value most is the people — the team is always ready to support you, share experience, or help find solutions to tough problems. Mutual respect, openness, and empathy genuinely matter here. The company is growing fast, which brings new challenges and real opportunities for professional development, plus interesting projects that help build valuable experience and expertise. Another big plus is a healthy work-life balance — management respects people's time and trusts them, which keeps the atmosphere comfortable and low-stress. Grateful to be part of Empat and for the team's support, professionalism, and shared growth.

Cons

Fast growth sometimes means processes and workflows are still evolving.

Pros

I've been with the company since 2019, and together we've been through all kinds of seasons and stages — and in every one of them, the company has shown only its best side. I've never come across a friendlier, more genuinely family-like atmosphere anywhere in my life. Family-like in the literal sense too, since my wife works here as well :) So if 1) you love what you do, 2) you're ready to become part of a family that will always have your back and truly get you, 3) empathy runs in your blood, and 4) you believe that only a genuinely happy person can do their best work — you're going to love it here.

Cons

There's a catch, of course: this is a "trap" of a company. If life ever happens to take you somewhere else, you'll have a really hard time without everything you've got here (haven't tested that myself, but I have no doubt). I could go on and on about it, but honestly, it's better to just come and see for yourself.

Interesting Work, But Leadership Needs to Prioritize People Over Control

Pros

Flexible schedule with the ability to take time off when needed. Some interesting projects.

Cons

The most serious issue is the management culture — specifically, a complete lack of empathy toward people. Team members are not treated as professionals with valid perspectives, but rather as resources to be managed and controlled. There is a consistent pattern of psychological pressure and dismissiveness. When employees raise concerns or push back, they are met not with genuine engagement, but with condescension and subtle pressure to back down. Difficult conversations reveal the worst of this culture — instead of honest dialogue, people are made to feel that their concerns are invalid or exaggerated. This creates an environment where speaking up feels unsafe, and where people learn to stay silent rather than advocate for themselves. That silence is not a sign of a healthy culture — it is a sign that people do not feel safe. Leadership's apparent priority is control, not collaboration. Empathy is entirely absent from how decisions are made and how people are treated.
