Great team, poor management - Web Developer [e-spres-oh] Employee Review

They market themselves as a startup, but the naked truth is that they're just another outsourcing company from Romania. The project management is chaotic to say the least. There is no coding standards in place, every developer writes code as he/she sees fit. This lead to multiple problems during deployment and code reviews by the clients. The lack of any kind of specifications for the apps being built made it harder for anyone new to jump in and get working quickly.
