To anyone reading this review, we want to address the concern that people at our organization are let go with little to no thought. Organizational changes, which can take place for different reasons, are never casually made. Our people continue to be incredibly important to us, and so if a decision to part ways is ever reached, it’s only after every other option has been exhausted and it’s what will ultimately be best for the business, our people, and even the individual or individuals impacted.
