Cons
If you're looking for a job, think carefully before joining this company. From my experience, the work environment is extremely toxic. It's common to hear threats about jobs from the CEO, creating a culture of fear instead of support. Unfortunately, many managers don't stand up for their teams, they seem more focused on pleasing the CEO than helping employees.
If you're unemployed, don't join this company just because you're desperate. Waiting a little longer for a better opportunity is worth it. Being unemployed is much better than working in such a stressful environment.
Work-life balance is almost nonexistent. Employees are often expected to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and even public holidays, usually receiving only a compensatory day off in return. The workload and expectations leave very little personal time.
I have personally seen people being fired during phone calls or meetings without any prior notice. That kind of treatment creates a lot of fear and uncertainty among employees.
Before accepting an offer, I would recommend speaking with current or former employees on LinkedIn to understand their experiences. You'll likely get honest feedback that can help you make an informed decision.
Don't risk your career by joining a company without doing your research first.
