Pros
CEO and all of upper management have a great open door policy. Everyone is super easy to connect with and make contact to. There is a definite sense of team within the workplace, everyone is busy within their departments to make the business thrive as a whole. The vision and sense of impending growth fuels each work day.
Cons
With any younger and smaller companies, growth comes with change and change can be a rocky road before it smooths out. Remaining optimistic, diligent and learning from each small failure fast helps aid in this process.
