Pros
Working for 1CC you have the opportunity to plug into large offers with plenty of lead flow (at least on the VShred offer I closed for). There's also very useful systems and processes already in place (Solid slack channel, GoHighLevel, Follow Up Automations, Booking calendar etc), along with solid training and resources to level up your game.
Cons
I don't know that there's any cons at 1CC that they aren't actively working to improve. The people are genuine, the commissions are there, the growth potential is unlimited.
