1Digital is an amazing place to work. This agency is currently in a massive growth period introducing opportunities for current and new employees. Management is supportive in helping employees grow within their roles and peers are equally supportive. The employees at 1Digital are a large part of the growth and success that 1DA has seen over the past few years. The team is beyond supportive of each other, informative and uplifting. They quickly accept new employees and help them to reach their stride. The role is now WFH with office optional for local employees, but even in a WFH environment, everyone is as responsive and helpful as if they were a desk over from you. The CEO and Management always have the best interests of employees in mind and easily accessible. There is no difficult hierarchy or escalation channel. Need to talk to the CEO? Just send him a quick chat. Additionally, management likes to promote from within and regularly introduces promotions and management positions to current employees. As with any agency, workload can be a lot at times. Management does a great job of working with employees to ensure their bandwidth is not reaching 100%. And in the event that assistance is needed, your peers will quickly jump to help. Lastly, the opportunities that this position provides employees is priceless. If you have interest in a specific type of project, aspect of development, digital marketing, or SEM, management is eager to get you into a role that allows you to learn more about it and really double down on your abilities.
