Flexible hours and shiny office (I tried hard to come up with these!).
Cons
Not really doing any serious work. In order to survive one needs to please the director of communication... Investments not coming as investors quickly realize the non sense done here. Management weak with no vision (check out their bios!). I have been told they have tried to hire an average PhD student because they wanted to get his boss attention (apparently that was a long term plan). Lots of sickening stories which make me wonder what I am doing here. Surrounded by very average "software engineers" (and "researchers") . I m still there and I totally agree with the reviews below (the other positive ones are clearly from mgt - they have done this with wikipedia etc) anyway I am getting out! (I hope).
