Founders are unsure of the way they would like to proceed. Basically people who have led projects/designs for a bigger firm for about 6-7 years. Good educational background. However, they make changes in their strategy to run the company as when they like & that too might change. No profits, no funding yet a lot of investment without foreseeing the future. They spoke to me in the beginning explaining how they are equally responsible for employees to learn and grow however they don't actually care. It's just easy peasy talk to fool you. No projects, no transparency expect for a yearly All Hands Meet Up. Basically, you can't keep up with their changing plans if you are someone relying on the monthly salary. They have no concern towards their employees though they promise to act like family.

I feel it is the founders at 1st main who made the place special for me. They created an environment where we were allowed to express our opinion. I had the opportunity to single handedly deliver end to end projects, I have been trusted and respected for the same. 1st main has a flat hierarchy culture mostly due to the fact the team size is quite small. During my tenure in 1st main, I had all the opportunity to learn, take complete ownership and experiment. I feel my confidence and interpersonal skills have certainly improved because of the advice and learnings in 1st main. I had the opportunity to work with most empathetic colleagues and founders in 1st main.

1. More thoughts in project management. Though it should come with time, 1st main is still in its early phase. I am sure they are working towards it. 2. Need to work on their digital presence to gain more visibility worldwide.
