      Pros

      It's a job. Frankly, that's pretty much the only Pro. If you have any options, and I mean ANY other options, don't come here. If your on the street, then sure, take this job...

      Cons

      Management thinks it's an Investment bank, but the reality is they give bottom of the barrel, high interest business loans & cash advances. "Payday" loans for business owners.

      Pros

      As a long term, full time employee at 1st Merchant Funding, I truly believe that it is a great mid-size company that allows its employees to make a huge impact. It is a very honest and respected company. The current employees here are extremely dedicated and hardworking and it shows in the company's success.

      Cons

      Company is small and it does take hard work and effort from everyone though.
