      Pros

      Super flexible, open mindset, work on your own projects, extremely strong and helpful team, fun at work, learn new things every day. Special plus weekly meetings to help you reach your goals and get better. My experience with 22tribes was excellent. I was able to use everything practically alongside my studies (digital Marketing). I had enough free time to learn and get better in the areas that interested me. The place creates a very unique atmosphere where you always feel safe. There is always a "we" and the support is super strong.

      Cons

      You should think about that before you apply. You have to manage your own time. No one will give you a schedule. This job is only for people who are good at organizing themselves.

      - up-to-date methods and interesting co-workers - nice co-working space - real projects and clients - many things to do You can get great insights in the SEO/SEA world of digital marketing agencies, the fast-paced world and learn a lot about many things in this speciality

      Cons

      - you have to be very active and read, learn, try, make mistakes and try again to really keep up with the pace -> this is a great opportunity - actively ask for feedback and speak openly to develop yourself You really need to want to work here and step out of our comfort zone

      Pros

      You learn a lot as an intern, usage of many new tools.

      Cons

      They expect you to have everything with 0 error, even if you're a learning intern from your bachelor degree. They expect things to be done with one day anticipation sometimes and are very strict with your work, never truly satisfied. They don't genuinely encourage you to do better.
