The hybrid model was a huge advantage. They have very helpful and open engineers and encourage a culture of collaboration which was great as an inter because I got to learn from a lot of smart people.

The work I did was a bit limited, not a lot of variety. Once I got used to the work it felt a bit repetitive.

There's a good sense of company culture and values.

Career growth (in terms of promotions) however recognition is given to hard work and successful projects.
