The company offers cybersecurity services with a neat team of senior leaders, including risk assessments, compliance consulting, penetration testing, and incident response. As in a small company, everyone works together to achieve the client's goal and help the beginners/junior team members improve.
Cons
During the time I was with the company, I noticed a need for a more open-minded approach towards new organizational processes. I hope the company has taken steps to improve in this area and moved away from micromanaging and control of time.
