Most impressive is their ability to cultivate a sense of community with an entirely remote staff--one of transparency, kindness, inclusivity, and collaboration, coupled with a commitment to delivering great quality work. None that come to mind

While this company is small, it is efficient in it's onboarding, and ramping up. They have great clients. They're big on learning about diversity and inclusion, although at times it sometimes feels rather forced and not genuine.

While their onboarding process is great, their offboarding process is a whole other story. They have been very quick, abrupt and harsh in their letting go of quite a few employees in a short amount of time, which serves as a bit of a fear-instilling culture. Employees feel blindsided when there was no clear communication of direct dissatisfaction of management or written or verbal warnings. At the end of the day, like most companies, they are about the numbers and keeping profits up.
