      Pros

      Worst organisation only able to give 12k-15k salary to MBA graduates dont have the money to give laptops asks people to carry their own personal laptops for work. Only speaks of targets and bad mouthing managers use abusive words..... will screw ur life and incentive structure very bad

      Cons

      I will not recommend anyone to work here as they dont have proper office . Its more like a call centre job speaking to candidates and aligning for interview.

      I do not see any pros for this company.

      Cons

      The HR connections are very poor. No proper updates. No response on requested queries. No employee satisfaction. They dont respond to emails and phones if we have any query and doubts after joining the company. Poor lack of management.
