      2G provides a quality product for its customers. Those is mid level positions generally care a great deal about their work.

      Cons

      Lack of quality leadership in the "executive" level. No support from upper management or from home office in Germany. No room for advancement.

      Pros

      2G genuinely cares for its employees. They give us great benefits and a fun working environment. In the four plus years I've worked here, I have advanced up the ladder very quickly. I feel you get out of a job what you put into it.

      There are no cons about working here.
