Cons
My experience at 2m tv during the pandemic was disheartening and concerning. Despite government lockdown orders, the company insisted on employees working from headquarters, a decision that ignored the feasibility of remote work, especially for positions like video editing. When concerns were raised, the response was dismissive and intimidating; our manager blatantly stated that any dissatisfied employee was easily replaceable, highlighting a disregard for staff well-being. Safety measures were inadequate. Social distancing norms were frequently violated, and mask mandates were not enforced, compromising our health. Additionally, essential supplies like hydroalcoholic dispensers were often stolen, further reducing our protection against the virus. Given these experiences, I rate 2m tv with 1 star. This review is a caution for job seekers to carefully consider the work environment and management attitudes before joining.
