Pros
i just sat here for 5 minutes trying to think of one, just one positive thing, and I couldn't....
Cons
This does not feel like a company, it feels more like a school project. So if you like awful, terrible school projects then this is the place for you. I don’t even know where to begin. From the inexperienced/poor management, to ZERO transparency regarding anything in the company (lay offs in every department every 3 months), lack of communication between teams, the 60+ hour work weeks with no overtime pay and working on weekends (don’t even think about taking a lunch), the product/website being so glitchy customers can’t even use it, and there being absolutely no room for growth. The worst part is that management does not care about you, or your well being. They overwork their employees and make you feel like bad on a daily basis. The office is infested with mice (mice droppings all over your desk every morning you come in), in horrible neighborhood and gets broken into all the time, office is extremely loud and over capacity with only 4 bathrooms for 80 people (2 are always out of order). Lastly, if you’re glancing through all of their reviews and reading “challenging but so rewarding,” or “make a difference in a fast growing company.” Those are fake. They took people from different departments in the company out to lunch. At the end of lunch they told us they brought us there so we would go back to our desks and write a good glass door review. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T LOOK BACK.
