3d started out good, but seems to have finally started to crumble under the mismanagement of its leadership. Nepotism is rampant, and the majority of the high level people are related in one way or another. Which would be ok if they actually had the qualifictions. (they don't) All the money goes toward the ceo looking good. Private jets, bmws, expensive office, etc. But underneath theres just no infrastructure in place. they're always chasing after the next "big thing," and will wine and dine the execs in that area to steal them over, only to have them quit in a matter of months due to the chaos. Which leaves the employees struggling to fill roles that they don't have any idea how to do, with no guidance. But if they fail or trip up, theres massive backlash. The ceo Chris has a nuclear temper and is known to break things, scream, curse out people and fire them for disagreeing. He's a complete narcissist who loves to sit and talk to people about how humble and generous he is. Not even joking. Its made the whole environment toxic and paranoid, with people jumping ship left and right.
