Please don’t overlook the red flags from the very beginning

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever worked for. Communication here is extremely poor – they don’t use any proper platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams, making collaboration unnecessarily difficult. There’s no structured hierarchy or organization, and they often expect employees to work beyond regular hours without any regard for work-life balance. Office politics are rampant and toxic. Management has no understanding of how to function effectively or maintain a healthy workplace culture. I’ve personally experienced situations where employees, including myself, were called into meeting rooms, yelled at, made to cry, and later mocked for it.
