I worked at 32bit from 2014 to 2019 as a UI Designer/Developer. One of the standout aspects of the company was the boss's approachability, understanding, and willingness to guide and mentor all company staff, which created a peaceful and positive work environment. The work environment was flexible and low-stress, allowing employees to manage their tasks independently.

While working there, the development process was waterfall, and the task tools were ancient technology. As technology changes rapidly, a more iterative approach (like Agile) might have been better suited for some of the projects.

Incredible opportunities are available for you to develop yourself in the early years of your career. There are many senior engineers who do not support you.

The number of social events can be increased
