At 360 you feel valued and important in the progress and success of the business. They have your best interest at heart and never fail to invest time, knowledge and experience into making sure your full potential is reached.
Cons
360's head office is located in the city centre therefore it is not the most convenient place to access (for employees anyway) due to traffic and parking. (360 do however help with parking costs which is a big help)
