- Coaching from Management is great. Leads to personal growth if you are not a defensive person. - Get to know the members and it feels like a community -You get to see a lot star athletes -Fun and easy working environment

- Promotion from within company is very rare but possible. - Outside contractors using the club brings in good business but makes it very difficult for the people working there to enforce rules (you'll understand when you work there) - Some of the older members have entitlement issues
