Work/life balance is really good and it's the main reason I'm still working here. They know it and they take advantage of that. Full remote can be good for some people.

Management have no clue of they're doing. They'd rather outsource their projects then make them in house. IT is to blame all of the time. Product only blames one team and it is IT. The CTO has no idea how tech works.
