Cons
No opportunities for promotion, unless you want to take on more work without extra pay. Very low morale and Insane turnover since the new CEO took over. There is 0 company culture besides a newfound “start up” hustle culture even though the company has been around for 12 years. Employees are overworked and underpaid, and required to use accrued PTO for sick days. Employees are required to work on public holidays without overtime. Management micromanages and cannot agree on a single thing so the deadlines are constantly changing last minute, leaving teams frazzled and desperate to complete assignment. Company is run entirely by women, with only 2 men on staff. Everyone is burnt out.
