Pros
The new owners are investing in systems that are really needed. The location is good and moving into new space.
Cons
They are losing people because management is terrible, CEO needs to look at the way his other upper management treats people. As long as you allow HR and operations to treat people like they are dishonest you will continue to lose team members. Your company has a lot of potential but you need to start treating your team members, all of them like they count. Your team members are walking around like they are walking on eggs shells and with targets on their back. The culture HR has created is toxic.
