Pros

Great experience of how to handle a position that is not ideal, gives you a living/breathing example of how not to run a company/team/speak to others. Offers a decent product (courses), IT staff & accounting office are very helpful and kind.

Cons

I found it hard to even write this review, but, it is necessary to share my short experience at 360training. Hopefully this can help someone make a decision to either leave the company or not join the company. I am actually increasingly embarrassed to say I even work for 360training.com. I worked incredibly hard in college and past jobs and am constantly challenging myself to continuously grow and advance in corporate America. By working at 360, I almost feel like I have taken steps backwards. I also do not find it to be productive to constantly complain, but I will state the facts of the cons: underpaid, degraded, manipulated, demeaned, MICROMANAGED (to the point where you have to send daily reports of activity to your manager...only to get racked and stacked the next day against your peers..completely unprofessional), horribly outdated systems (already this year we have had to shut down for two weeks due technical problems), unsuccessful marketing team, lackluster tech-equipment (lap tops are from 2007-2009). CEO & CRO are two of the most in-genuine individuals I have ever come into contact with in my life.

We are sorry to hear you are not enjoying your experience at 360training. We are working on ensuring employees' strengths are utilized for their success and that employees are in the right position for success. Although we are not always able to accommodate a change immediately, we do work towards a change once is available, if it is still in the employees and the company's best interest. Within the past 2 months, we have restructured our marketing department and hired a VP of Marketing. This team is making progress of marketing the products and the company for success. Related to the technical problems, part of the downtime issues were not related to our systems at all and were related to a connection between two data centers. Once we figured out what caused this issue, a plan was created to move all our data to one location so this would not be an issue going forward. We are also upgrading some of our systems this summer and that should also have a positive impact. We work hard to highlight the successes of everyone. We have all hands meetings and sales rallies where people are recognized/rewarded for success and tenure. If you have other suggestions on how we can highlight successes, please let HR know. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your time with 360training!

Pros

Very transparent. I had everything I needed to get the job done. Some of the deadlines were tight, but it wasn't stressful.

Cons

Communicating through Zoom chat could be frustrating because you can miss the messages if you don't have notifications on.

Pros

Pay, benefits, and co-workers were pretty cool when they're not overworked into oblivion.

Cons

- Deceitful executive team with extremely weird relationships (heart emojis in chat with an exec and super weird personal details from them) - A very "off with your head" type of terminations. No warning. You will be let go for absolutely no reason after committing heavily to your job. - CEO is trying to save face for poor decision making and it's quite laughable. - They are like High School bullies saying when they bought this company, they decided they would only hire people that they like. My guess is when you aren't liked or not playing in to the weird relationships, you'll get insta-canned. - Everyone here is doing the jobs of 3 to 5 people because they terminate, terminate, terminate. Yikes. - WAY too many "I don't know" or "I have no idea what you are talking about" responses from upper management. For people that seemed very credible, it was a nightmare getting anything done. - It is not career oriented, it is job/task style. Meaning you won't be here for long after they want to recycle your position to someone else. - I will firmly state that if you are offered a position here and it seems too good to be true, IT IS. They will lie straight through their teeth and terminate you for nothing quicker than you think. Not the place to get hired and think about starting a family, so I'd look elsewhere.
