Unstable and Disappointing Experience with 3CX - Content Writer 3CX Employee Review

I had a very disappointing experience with 3CX. I relocated to Cyprus with my family, expecting stability and a supportive work environment, but instead I was unexpectedly let go. The way the situation was handled felt abrupt and lacked professionalism or consideration for the personal impact. It’s extremely difficult to trust a company that does not provide job security or transparent communication, especially when you’ve made a major life move based on that opportunity. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before deciding to work here.
